    I love Yeppoon!

    I love Yeppoon! It's relaxed and chilled with the right amount of restaurants, shopping and atmosphere. It's easy to drive/walk around the town, with all the local beaches great for swimming and strolling.

    Yeppoon is such a lovely, sleepy coastal town that harks back to a much slower pace of life. It is well set out, with easy access to everything. The only negative I would have is that we travelled up from Brisbane on a Monday and by the time we arrived in Yeppoon the eating places had all closed up until dinner service and it was hard to find somewhere to get something to eat. The locals didn't seem to understand that they could recommend a takeaway place. We did eventually get told about a fish and chip shop down the main shopping street and if you want really amazing fish and chips I totally recommend you go there, I can't remember the name of it but it is tucked in next to one of the pubs.

    Very pretty place.

    Very pretty place. I hadn't been there before and was surprised at the islands close to the mainland. Would have liked to have more time to visit more beaches and rocky sea shores. The Waterside restaurant had great food, although didn't like the ordering system via phone: the daily special wasn't easily found on the on-line menu. Bowls club had reasonable bistro as well.

    Yeppoon is a hidden treasure it is a beautiful place to visit and has access to several islands, when you want a place to snorkel or ride in a glass bottom boat forget Airley Beach it is overated and over priced,

    I have been to Yeppoon twice now and this has become my top favourite coastal town! Beautiful beach, perfect water temperature to swim, stunning lagoon by the ocean to swim and watch sunset at the same time.

    That my grandchildren live in Yeppoon :) So it was a...

    That my grandchildren live in Yeppoon :) So it was a wonderful position for us to meet at each others houses and walk to the beach. The town is full of great coffee shops and places to eat. Great Keppel is a wonderful outing, and the lagoon an amazing place for families.

    There are honestly no other words to sum up the Mango Villa other than AMAZING. Great location, extremely clean and tidy and awesome hosts - this villa has everything covered. The Mango Villa is bursting with charm and character and is the most coziest little oasis we have ever stayed at - right in the heart of Yeppoon. Without question - Mango Villa is hands down going to be our go-to accommodation for our next holiday.

    The backyard for dogs ! I rent quite a few properties that I take my dogs to and even though they say dogs allowed very really do they come equipped for them? Barlows vista was perfectly pet friendly Completely Fence in backyard and high fences Lots of shade and beautiful grass Even a Dog bed and shelter.     Staff were excellent.-welcoming, friendly, provide tourist info, brought our washing back to our room. Beachfront unit perfect- bed very comfy, very clean, provided cutlery and plates, Location fabulous -close to beach, shops, restaurants, bars. Close to Yeppoon swimming lagoon and kids play area. Great for a tropical getaway! :)

    Libby was so nice and full of information. The accommodation was amazing. Clean, huge space and literally 20 metres from the beach. So many little extras that you don’t get with hotels and the breakfast was a great surprise. Will definitely stay here again when in Yeppoon.
