This is a real 5 star hotel. Everything was perfect, from the room to the facilities. The staff was professional. A big thanks to Mahammad and Samira for their nice welcoming on checkin date. We are looking forward to coming back, in summer this time to enjoy the outside facilities. Keep up the good work.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel nestled in the heart of nature. The scenery is truly breathtaking, and the hotel is built on spacious grounds with several clean and comfortable outdoor seating areas, along with tidy restrooms. There is also a lovely outdoor play area for children, which added a warm family touch to the atmosphere. The staff and reception were incredibly welcoming and helpful — especially Ismat, Khatoun, Fakhr El-Din, and Hussein — who went above and beyond to assist us and made our stay truly special. The hotel restaurant serves delicious meals at very affordable prices. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for peace, comfort, and beautiful natural surroundings.
