24h reception, very friendly, helpful and professional. The restaurant had very good food. Breakfast was by order or buffet, also friendly staff. Modern rooms with enough closet space.

The hotel is in a great location to explore Banja Luka. The breakfast was lovely. The bed was comfortable and a great shower. The host, Milan, was wonderful. He went out of his way to help us when we left our iPad on a bus 🤦‍♀️. Can’t speak too highly of his help and support in what was a very stressful situation for us.

Very nice hotel, modernly equipped and very clean. The rooms are just the right size and have comfortable beds. Good local breakfast with a wide selection of food. In addition, the staff is extremely friendly. The hotel also has a restaurant where they serve local food at reasonable prices. I wold recommend it to families, couples or for business trips.
