The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The room itself was clean and nicely furnished, the bed was comfortable and very nice to sleep in. My room had everything I would need, and I felt super comfortable staying there. I was worried that it would be noisy at night, but I didn't have any issue with noise - the window was soundproof enough that I didn't hear anything from outside.

The staff was amazing, the nicest staff I have ever encountered at a hotel! They went over and beyond to help make my stay enjoyable. The restaurant was fantastic. I will definitely stay there when I come back! I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Sarajevo.
