The first and perhaps most important factor that makes the Holiday Inn Dhaka City Centre a true gem is their staff. Every staff member I encountered was extremely professional, friendly, and helpful. They were always willing to assist me with any questions or requests, which greatly enhanced my stay. The food at Holiday Inn Dhaka City Centre is simply amazing. I tried many dishes from their menu, and each one was prepared to the highest standard. The excellent selection of dishes, their taste, and presentation are simply impressive. The menu offers a variety of dishes suitable for any taste. The rooms at the Holiday Inn Dhaka City Centre are exactly what I was looking for during my stay. The rooms were clean, spacious, cozy, and well-equipped with everything necessary for comfortable living. The beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and modern. The staff of the Hotel Capital were very friendly and helpful. Also the kitchen was offering many delicious options. Room service possibilites were more than enough. All the staff (I can call them firends I think.) were spaerking English, nice and caring. I would like to thank Tusher, Tufajjul, Nazim, Mithu, Raju and Amit in person, and I am sorry for not remembering all the names.
