Great location, and a very spacious and spotiessly clean room. We stayed 5 nights and enjoyed the breakfast variety every morning. The staff are totally professional, pleasant, and helpful. They all went the extra mile and seemed genuinely proud to be working at Hotel The Capital. The manager, Tuffajjul, offers 5 star service with a smile and genuine warmth, and the breakfast restaurant was extremely well run by Tayeabul, Shahim, and Soykot. Location was very good, near bus station and market, room enough big for two, not noisy place, breakfast was great, staff also, and I also want to say hello to Ariful who was very very polite and helpfull!

The hotel is quiet and you don’t hear the dhaka traffic at all. The rooms are clean and cozy. The restaurant has very tasty food and the portion sizes are huge. Room service is fast. They even arrange transportation on request. The staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel has security at all times. The area where the hotel is located is pretty safe. There are ATMs nearby. One of the biggest Malls in Dhaka (Bashundara City Shopping Complex) is at a walking distance from the hotel (10-15mins at a normal walking speed)
