    Staff was helpful with getting us a taxi and helping with other info we needed. Room was clean and basically had what you expect on a budget stay. Breakfast was more than decent and served from like 4am for early flights. The hotel is a few minutes ride from the airport, 10 euros by taxi (2 people) Also, there is a direct bus to Charleroi Sud right in front of the hotel.

    We spent just one night in this hotel because we had to go to the Charleroi airport very early in the morning. It's not a sophisticated hotel but it's very clean and very comfortable. The owner is one of the most kind person who i met in my life. He picked us up at the airport and he drove us in the morning at 4,30 am for free.

    The hotel is close to the airport and motorways, has a restaurant on site and the family rooms are big. The breakfast buffet is generous and the hotel offers a preferential tariff for airport parking. Overall, this is an excellent hotel for a family of four to stay prior to a flight from Charleroi.

    This is an extremely convenient hotel for a stopover if you are transiting Charleroi airport. It is fantastic value with a super efficient bus shuttle service and really awesome staff who could not be more helpful. It is a budget hotel but has aspirations to be more!
