Staying at Pronkenburg was a truly beautiful experience. We were welcomed by the sweetest hosts and immediately fell in love with the interior of the B&B. Axel and Guy made us feel at home from the very first moment.The rooms were very charming and uniquely decorated, clean and comfortable. Breakfast in the main living room with the other guests was lovely and the breakfast itself extensive with different options every day. We had the opportunity to chat with the hosts and get to know them better as well as get tips on where to go in the area so the mornings set us up for a wonderful day exploring. It was also very dog friendly with the owners having dogs themselves. And the B&B being just outside of a smalltown made going for dogwalks in nature early in the morning very easy. This was a vacation that we won't forget and will recommend for years to come.

It was a fast booking for one night before returning home and I didn't expect anything, but this apartment really won me over. It was super clean, stylish and cozy that I was wondered. Location also nice, close to the centre and railway station, I chose this location on purpose. Bed was soft and comfortable, tea, beer and chocolate for complement were on the table and this is the level of hospitality. Elevator works fine as well. A lot of towels were provided, I guess even more than I needed. Netflix included into room. I definitely recommend this tiny cozy place.

We loved the hospitality the warmth we felt! The hotel was superb! The room was spacious very clean and warm!!One of the best places we ever stayed! The owner gave as super instructions about Brugge and we enjoyed so much our stay there! Would definitely recommend it and hoping someday to stay again there!! The location was excellent. The staff was friendly, attentive, and respectful. They gave us personal attention with tips about the city on a map. This kind of attention is rare nowadays. The room was very clean (for someone who is obsessed with cleanliness like me). The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good. I would definitely recommend this place. It is truly a gem.

We were blown away by everything in this little hotel: from the absolutely stunning decor in the lobby to the lounge, and our room. The staff was extremely welcoming and our room was exceptional. Really enjoyed the decor, all the little thoughtful touches, and the large bath. It was also nice to have a refreshing swim in the pool. I would absolutely stay here again if I were in Bruges. The pictures don't do justice.

Everything was wonderful! The man at the reception gave us a map and directions to what we could visit in the city. The room was huge with a large and comfortable bed and pillows. It had everything we needed and was very clean and pleasant. Great location - close to everything. Parking is next to the hotel. We would come back again and I recommend it.

    If you expect accommodation like in a standard hotel, this is not the place for you. Here you live individually, in an old building with history. There was breakfast on the terrace every morning and nothing was left to be desired. The family room was big enough and we slept very well. The hosts are wonderful and we had a great time. And our dog Enya was not only allowed, she was warmly welcomed. We couldn't ask for a better place.
