We had a problem on arrival, as the property didnt have our reservation for that night. The booking details she had received from bookings.com was for 19 July. We had booked it and had everything confirmed our end for 18th. The owner did her best to rectify the situation and we had to wait an hour while she prepared our room. not satisfactory and disappointing. Have already lodged the complaint via customer service. Please advise if you havent received it.

fabulous building on a hill overlooking the city. Rooms clean, comfortable and well equipped. I didn’t realise this was a hotel school when I booked but was very impressed with the level of professionalism of the students. Dinner and breakfast are not to be missed!

Very comfortable bed, good shower room, spacious, cozy. Recommendable for a relaxed stay in Namur. The street might seem a bit spooky, but was quiet and good to have a nice night of sleep. Staff was friendly and attentious during our whole stay.

    Very stylish take on an old farm house in a pretty location with a lot of interesting features and modern vibe. Would be suited to young people who like loud inane dance music blaring out from 5-12. For us, this spoilt it for us.
