This is an excellent hotel that makes you want to come back! With a great location, very close to the center, with beautiful views around. Friendly staff, perfect cleanliness, spacious modern rooms. Breakfast is wonderful! Large selection of food and very tasty. This is not my first stay at the hotel, and next time I will also stay here with pleasure!

The view from our window was amazing! The staff was also very good. The gentleman receptionist (I don't remember his name) was extremely helpful. He gave us many tips as to what to see and where to eat and all of it was excellent!

My room was an oasis of sophistication and comfort. The attention to detail in the decor was astounding, combining modern aesthetics with timeless elegance. The plush bed, adorned with high-quality linens, provided a cocoon of comfort, and the thoughtful touches in the room showcased the hotel's commitment to excellence. The view from my window was a picturesque glimpse into the city’s heart. The breakfast was filled with delightful surprises that brought me back to my European roots. Each dish artfully presented and only locally sourced. The hotel's amenities were a testament to its boutique charm. The massage was a haven for relaxation, offering personalized massage treatments that left me feeling rejuvenated and pampered. The public hangout area downstairs provided a perfect place to either work or unwind with a good book and a great glass of some of the finest wine in all of Bulgaria. We had a great stay! The location was perfect, very close to the places we wanted to visit, which made everything easy and convenient. The private parking with access card was a big plus and very helpful. Communication with the hosts was excellent – they were always responsive, kind, and made sure everything went smoothly.
