Great location. They have all you need, such as barbecue, summer kitchen, coffee, drinks , breakfast. We have tried some traditional food. The owner is very nice, polite and helpful. The house is located in 15 to Vacha dam. Stunning view. We definitely will come back next year.

Amazing hotel! Great value for money. The room was clean and spacious, with a nice balcony. The view was very beautiful, looking at the Batak lake. Delicious and high quality breakfast and dinner. All facilities were very well kept - the restaurant, the spa, the warm indoor pool! The staff were extremely nice and helpful. This hotel is 10 times better than all overpriced hotels in the near town of Velingrad! Definitely coming back soon!

This hotel is great, spa was good and the staff really polite. It is really clean and well maintained. The fact that there are 2 SPA centers and children are not allowed in one of those is an excellent idea. ( I have 2 children). The size of the apartment was actually bigger than expected.

We loved staying at Lovna Residence. The staff went above and beyond, the location was outstanding with great walks around and also very close to Devin. The room was lovely, warm, clean and tidy. My family and I, we had an amazing long weekend in Guest house Ego. The property is very spacious with large yard, green grass and everything you need for BBQ. There were two BBQ - fire and electrical. Large TVs in both the living room and the outdoor area. The kitchen was very well equipped. We have two small dogs, which was playing in the yard night and day. The owners let us stay 5 hours more than the time to depart. They were very kind and always available. They recommended some places to eat and visit in the area. Overall an amazing experience!
