The room was spacious with a very comfortable bed. We had a cute balcony with a view to the pool and the main fortress in town- Tsarevets. Extremely nice and friendly staff, happy to help with everything. The pool was clean and the bar beside it is a definite bonus! Breakfast was also good, we found a few different things on both mornings we spent there. A lot of nature and beautiful views all around the hotel. Location for us was perfect, as it is not inside the crazy center and at the same time very close to just walk there, however, if you do not feel fully safe on an empty road in the evening, you maybe should consider taking a cab.

I rarely give a 10 for a hotel but this one is really exceptional. It looks so nice and rustic, the room was huge, comfy and with a nice view. It was very warm inside, spotless clean, great breakfast, and the staff very very kind. The location is just perfect, away from the main road noise, just perfect for a family with kids. And to finish off, the price was a bargain considering all of the above. Good job Gurko team, you really done it.

My room was an oasis of sophistication and comfort. The attention to detail in the decor was astounding, combining modern aesthetics with timeless elegance. The plush bed, adorned with high-quality linens, provided a cocoon of comfort, and the thoughtful touches in the room showcased the hotel's commitment to excellence. The view from my window was a picturesque glimpse into the city’s heart. The breakfast was filled with delightful surprises that brought me back to my European roots. Each dish artfully presented and only locally sourced. The hotel's amenities were a testament to its boutique charm. The massage was a haven for relaxation, offering personalized massage treatments that left me feeling rejuvenated and pampered. We had a great stay! The location was perfect, very close to the places we wanted to visit, which made everything easy and convenient. The private parking with access card was a big plus and very helpful. Communication with the hosts was excellent – they were always responsive, kind, and made sure everything went smoothly.
