Interestingly decorated rooms (oriental style), big and comfortable beds, coffe and tea available in the room, as well as a bottle of mineral water. We stayed only two nights, but it was a great time. Overall a good choice when you want to stay in Shumen ;)

The hotel is situated in somewhat industrial part of Shumen but then you have a view towards the Shumen plat and over the lake. My room was enormous, spacious and well furnished. The restaurant is quite good and the breakfast is plentiful with excellent coffee.

Situated in the centre of Shumen city, the 4-star Grand Hotel Shumen some of the rooms offer views of the Shumen Plateau.

The hotel is amazing, the rooms clean and very nice and the people from the hotel are extremely nice and friendly, we came in the early morning at the day of our check in and the woman at the receptiom let us come earlier into our room. 100% recommended for stays in Shumen.

Very friendly. Couldn't have been more helpful, although communication on my part was poor ( 0 bulgarian lol ) We managed. The room was adequate for someone who didn't need to stay there too long and use just as a base. Was warm and had a bed. TV a little kitchenette. Didn't really need much else, so suited me fine.
