I was very pleased with the hotel. My room was comfortable and nicely designed. The wifi connection was very strong. It is a real boutique hotel here, especially there are many clean thermal pool options. The staff was polite and friendly. The restaurant offered a very rich open buffet breakfast and very delicious a la carte meals. It was very enjoyable to spend time in the thermal pool after skiing. Also the terrace bar in the facility was very nicely designed. Thank you for everything.

Персоналот е љубезен, никогаш не е гужва низ хотелот, ниту за време на појадок, ниту за вечера. Немав дојдено неколку години, има позитивни промени, спа делот е проширен, многу удобен, со тивка релаксирачка музика. Базенот топол како и секогаш, уживање после скијање да се опуштат мускулите. Храната беше превкусна, ги надмина моите очекувања, особено вечерата што беше шведска маса, претходно имаше да се избере од 3 понудени опции. Хотелот беше топол насекаде и во собите. The host was amazing – so welcoming, attentive and always available if we needed anything. We didn’t miss a thing – everything was thoughtfully prepared. Very nice location: quite, secluded, surrounded by nature. The sleep was wonderful! I like the fully equipped kitchen and enjoyed cooking (may be one more frying pan would make it perfect). We made barbecue, we hiked around, we just enjoyed the silence and the freshness of the forest air
