We had requested a first floor unit and pet free.(allergies) Unfortunately, the ground floor rooms were all possibly pet friendly so we had to climb stairs to the second floor. The hotel did inform us of this and were apologetic. perhaps some ground floor rooms could be designated strictly pet free to accommodate those with mobility issues.Guest review byEdCanada
