We spent two nights in the area and we enjoyed walking on the beach, the Exploramer museum, boat excursion, and agate mine. The boat tour was a highlight. The kids got to learn about and handle crabs, a lobster, and starfish. We had icecream (twice!) at Coleurs Chocolats.

The room was basic but ok.
The room was basic but ok. However it smelled of fat from the kitchen all the time.
The surroundings were torn up and bulldozed, the hiking trails were badly marked, raw and seemed to be made for ATVs.
Hard to figure this place out, but it’s not a place to hike and enjoy nature.

Wonderful and gracious hosts! They called to make dinner reservations for us and made a scrumptious rhubarb cake for us for dessert when we returned from dinner. The room was super clean along with the shared bathroom. The WiFi was much, much better than any other hotels or B&Bs we've used the past 3 months. The accordion pleated sliding door separated the guest rooms from the home area. Amazing "create your own" breakfast, so many choices along with home made jams. Host brewed coffee ready for you in the morning.

The location. The boardwalk in front of the hotel by the river was amazing! Sainte Anne des monts is very close with a lot of dinner options. The
Sunset view from the hotel was amazing.
