found it very easy to get around there. the weather is awesome! dont understand why there are so many street people ! have been to vernon many times and find it to be more and more homeless . Horrible stay, room stunk so bad we had to leave. We were supposed to stay 2 nights but we left after one night, we had to sleep on top of the blankets in all our clothes and still woke up with itchy bites all over our arms. This hotel has bed bugs and is being run into the ground. Absolutley disgusting, toilet broken and food and hair, blood stuck to the walls. I was in tears when we left there. They also charged us more than booking.com stated and $100 damage deposit still had not been returned.Guest review byKyla - 2.0

This was an incredible disappointment for our stay. First we booked on line. Were given a price. Then I was charged much more. It took 15 mins for the staff to change the cost and did not do this easily. Then we were not given any soap. The room was dirty and then we had to ask for blankets.. they were not even on the bed. We used to live there and loved our time in Vernon. Great getting back to see friends and family. Vernon has a good variety of restaurants and attractions. Since the time we resided in Vernon there is a wonderful trail that follows Kal Lake. The addition of more traffic lights has slowed getting around Vernon a fair amount which will probably be worse come tourist season.Guest review byEdwardCanada
