    There is nothing special about Kloten.

    There is nothing special about Kloten. It's just an outer suburb of Zurich. I chose it because I had a 7.15am international flight from Zurich airport and the first bus from Kloten to the airport left at 5.20am and only took 7 minutes. There are also regular trains to/from Zurich HB which take only 16 minutes.

    My review of Kloten ?? I am European but live in Bangkok for the time being. After a 12 hour flight from Bangkok to Zurich with a late evening arrival I need a hotel one night stay over for my flight further on the next day. Thus I know Kloten just from the air by landing and take off

    This is a perfect place to stay if you are arriving late or...

    This is a perfect place to stay if you are arriving late or leaving early. Very close to the airport and a bus gets you there in 3 stops, or a 15 Swiss Franc taxi ride. Not a place you want to hang out, but a perfectly fine place to sleep and shower.

    Kloten is basically where Zurich airport is.

    Kloten is basically where Zurich airport is. It is easily accessed by train from most nearby areas - I came in from Bern on the train straight to the airport terminal. Food outlets are open quite late, many until at least 9 or 10 pm, which is useful.

    Dear colleagues,

    Dear colleagues, I am a Hyatt guest with your gold passport number 518976619B. For the night from October 24 to 25, 2024, I made a reservation for me for one night at Hyatt Zurich Airport hotel via www.booking.com and with a guarantee with my debit card. The JASTA travel agency, which organized my flight to Zurich, asked me if I am planing to stay at Hyatt Zurich Airport and I confirmed it. The agency doublechecked it with Hyatt a made a direct advance hotel payment for me. On Thursday last week I landed in Zurich, went to Hyatt, confirmed that the payment was performer by the travel agency and stayed overnight at the room. During the night I received a message from my bank that due to the „no show“ at Hyatt Zurich Airport I was billed with an additional 229 CHF. I understood that it was a mistake because I´ve already slept at Hyatt Zurich Airport. In the morning I checked the mistake with the reception and they informed me that I was at Hyatt Regency at Zurich Airport (which was paid by the Jasta travel agency) and I should maybe to stay at Hyatt Place at the Zurich Airport which is approx. 200 meter away from the Hyatt Regency and which was probably booked by www.booking.com. I went to the next Hyatt and this was really true. May I ask you please to return the payment of 229 CHF back to my debit card in this special mistake case of mixing two Hyatt hotels in the same building? I am very sorry to trouble you with this issue and many thanks in advance. Best regards, Petr Arenberger

    Great capsule hotel for overnight stay and to get some sleep before morning flight. I had 12 hrs layover in Zurich airport and this capsule hotel was amazing so I could get some sleep rather then spending night at the airport..easy to find, literally walking distance from Zurich airport..I paid £40 per night which is good price..nice clean place,great showes, toilets.. everything was perfect, only little problem could be for someone with older age to getting to upper bed using ladde.

    The hotel is very conveniently located within walking distance of Zurich airport. The staff were exceedingly helpful, kind and professional throughout my stay. The room was amazing, comfortable, quiet with coffee and tea facilities and a very large and luxurious bathroom. I had an absolutely amazing dinner at the hotel restaurant. Nothing but good things to say about this hotel.

    We chose the hotel mainly because it's very close to the Zurich Airport. We just needed to sleep over because of connecting flights. It was a pleasant experience. The bed was extremely comfortable, the room was very nice and clean. Basically all we could wish for a very short stay. I believe the hotel has way more to offer. We just didn't have much time to experience it.

    Very practical hotel if you have an overnight stay or an early start in Zurich Airport. The location is perfect - if you miss your flight, it's your own fault. The staff are friendly and helpful, the rooms spacious and clean. Everything works as befits Switzerland. I would definitely recommend it.

    The hotel location is very near to Zurich airport. Can reach this place with many choices of bus. The room is cozy and smell really good. It's nice and clean. There is a restaurant in the hotel. Around there is a restaurant named Rolli's Steck House. This is very nice and I love it.
