Super nice and friendly owners, clean room, comfortable bed and pillows. Amazing view from the restaurant during breakfast, make sure to book a room with the front lake view as well (with balcony). It’s better to have dinner and/or go to a supermarket not too late, most of the restaurants and shops close by are closing quite early :)

Location is outstanding. Amazing views of the enchanting lake Brienz and the Giessbach Falls and surroundings. Sleep experience is excellent. The Hotel architecture and interior decoration is of such fine artistic taste and luxury, it is a gem. Quite classical and historic as if one is living the high life in the 19th century. Cuisine too was of a high standard with great variety and quality. Excellent restaurant staff attitude and courtesy.

One of the best places one can go to! The room was wonderful with the huge terrace and stunning view. The staff was so kind and supportive! They even did a special mini surprise for my boyfriends birthday without been told. We will definitely go back. Amazing stay! The complimentary breakfast was delicious as well as the diner in the restaurant. 10/10
