The apartment was highly comfortable and easily accessible. The host welcomed us warm-hearted and such a big apartment for an affordable pricing with great facilities. Highly recommend! I really like the host who was highly caring and easily approachable. The location was really good and shops nearby. The apartment was so clean with enough facilities and so spacious.

The room was modern, spacious and well laid out. The appartment had high quality appliances and kitchenware. It was clean and well maintained. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed being able to use the free bikes to explore the city.

Upon arrival the room was not ready as scheduled. I met the sales manager Ms. Isabella and the room was upgraded to a suite and a drink and lunch were provided as a courtesy of the hotel. They paid attention to the smallest details based on previous comments I made when I stayed at the hotel 6 months ago. Thank you all

It s unforgettable feeling like you are in city of Switzerland but having resort facilities. Like the smell of amenities and whole ambiance of the hotel. You feel home at La Reserve accomodations. We just loved this hotel. Warm welcome on arrival and very helpful and friendly staff throughout our stay. Our room was a good size with an ‘oh so comfy’ bed! Decor and furniture very tasteful and good quality, with an ‘old world’ feel but with nice, modern touches. We will certainly stay here again next time in Geneva!

    A great place to stay!

    A great place to stay! The host is such an amazing person and easily approachable. The apartment was so clean with all necessary facilities and my family as a whole enjoyed a lot and I would rate this apartment as the best ever I've stayed so far. Highly recommend! Very good for the pricing.
