I was not pleased with the first room they wanted to give me and asked for a room on a higher floor. They did, no problem. They helped in many ways: arranged for my bag to be picked up at the airport (bag which made it to Concepción four days late), called cabs for me, held material at the reception desk to be picked up by colleagues... I got to Vivo tired and left refreshed and re-energised. It is in one of the most beautiful houses in Concepcion, set on the hillside overlooking the city and nestled in the trees of the hill above.
