The staff really went out of their way to ensure my stay was as comfortable as possible, so much so it felt like home by the time I left. My room was incredibly comfortable, exceptionally clean, and the breakfast was superb. Great location with many museums, galleries and places of interest easily walkable. Also very close to public transport should you want this.

The hotel has to be the best gem of Chili. The historic building and the parc are fantastic. The room is very confortable and big. The service is outstanding, The diner with paired wines is absolutely delicious and fined. The tranquillity, the space, the pool is a perfect luxury gateaway.

Beautiful, cozy, modern hotel-with one the most beautiful terraces, I ever had in a hotel room (with our own little garden!). In the middle of barrio Italia it is perfectly located: a bunch of nice bars and shops and restaurants are directly in walking distance around this place. It is also a very save area-even at night. And: Even though being that central it was very quiet in the room and we slept perfectly well. the staff was nice and helpful. 24/7 reception.

Clean, comfirtable, nice furnishings, good breakfast, friendly and accommodating staff. We have chosen this hotel for its good price knowing the location in el Centro is not a recommended one for the tourists but we had no issue with that either, were using the nearby metro station without any issues.
