It is one of the best hotels that you can book. I booked this hotel just because of the view that you have from the window. It's a bit pricey considering that with that money you can book 4/5star hotels in the main cities but as I said the view was wow. Initially I booked 2 rooms that, from booking.com, were supposed to have the best view but when I arrived there the staff made me realise that there was another room with a better view, and because it was occupied for the first night, they upgraded one of our room to the better one for free from the second night. Let me tell you that the guys at the reception (Zhou Si Lan and Shi Chunlei) were amazing. They were very helpful. The hotel, being just outside the town, offers 2 free rides per day to the town or surrounding area with a radius of 5 km. Also, at the reception you can book some of the attractions with a discount. In front of the hotel, you can ride horses or rent quads and go around. Also, the rest of the people working at the hotel, like cleaners and waiters, were very friendly and kind. In the evening, they were asking us if we wanted a Chinese breakfast or western breakfast for the next day, and I think this was very kind. The rooms were very clean and at the reception there were 2 cute small dogs. Also, they have a washing machine and a dryer. So far, it is one of the best hotels that I booked in China. A huge thank you to the people working there.

Absolutely everything. The family who works there is incredible, attentive to every detail you might need throughout your stay. I miss them already!! The facilities and the room were like a film. The breakfast was very complete and varied. No words just perfect !!!

This property is nice and modern. Staff are very helpful. I enjoyed their breakfast very much. It's a bit far from the West Street, but it's very close to the Guilin Romance. We walked to the evening show during our stay with them.
