Steven at reception was amazing. We needed some documents printed and we struggled to find the printing place. Steven took us to the store and even stayed to translate. This hotel is relatively affordable considering it's a chain. Close to the airport. Spacious and has everything you needed. Breakfast was great too with a large selection of chinese and western foods.

The room was super nice and clean and new，i like the esthetic. Breakfast was good, but lacked some traditional Cantonese dishes. Free pickup and dropoff between airport and hotel, just check the schedule beforehand. The bath was perfect.

Excellent service from Leeds and Terrence when ATM kept my card, they helped me to get it back from the bank. Great food even Western style food at buffet. Shuttle to Canton fair free and also to airport terminals. Very friendly staff, they all do try their best to assist in English. Will definitely stay here again.
