AustriaStaying at Jacky's guesthouse was an excellent choice. Jacky made our stay unforgettably beautiful. He suggested hiking trails running up and down the terraces so that we could observe nature and people very closely. On his trails were no tourists and in this really overcrowded touristic area was of great value for us. Thank you Jacky for sharing this experience with us and also for organising the transportation. Sloveniathe house is located in the quiet part of the village near the terraces and is clean and spacious. The owner Lucy is very kind and helpful lady with excellent english. She helped us with getting back our lost luggage from the airport, she helped us with booking transportation, she took us for a long scenic walk among the terraces and she is also a good cook. We had a great time at this place!

Warm welcome from the staff, great hospitality - they went above and beyond to ensure we have a comfortable stay and no issues communicating with the translation app. The hotel also connected us in advance to a driver we hired for 3 days. He always provided us with useful recommendations and assisted us whenever we needed information. The hotel's location is excellent for visiting the most important rice terraces, and the small village is also quite charming. The host was fantastic. He gave us rides to where we needed. He made meals for the guests, he helped with getting me set up to get back to Kunming.
