This place is so magical! Carlos was amazing, he always treated me like VIP. Carlos was very helpful with booking my tours, and just a very happy, friendly person. The views are incredible. I am so happy I stayed a little away from town. The views were worth it. To get to down to town, I followed a quick, easy to follow trail. Maybe about 6 minutes. The breakfast was so delicious and fresh. Thank you everyone at Kawa for the best experience!

Amazing view. The rooms were very clean and they had hot showers. The staff were very welcoming, supportive and friendly. They helped us with the different types of activity and how to get there and the routes to take on the hikes. The breakfast was very good and cheap - quite a few different options.

Everything: the location: central but quiet! The food: best food we had in Salento and best breakfast we had in Colombia The facilities: everything is new, and very clean. The hotel looks more outdoorsy and actually more charming than in the pictures, yet the rooms are modern and comfortable. There is a sauna and hot tubs that can booked on demand, also massage services. The staff: best of the best. We have been treated so nicely (and the rest of the guests too) and pampered all along the way. I am sure there are a lot of charming and excellent hotels in Salento, but I have tried this one and I would only repeat. I recommend it to anyone traveling to el Eje Cafetero, it’s an absolute gem with a great value for money!
