Great property and everything clean, the common spaces are great for collaboration and social activities and the art and architecture is beautiful. This place is great for visit the Medellin lighting (2km safe walking) and also has many night clubs nearby. The staff is very friendly, and the breakfast delicious. I have receive a free room upgrade for book with BOOKING 😎.

10/10 hotel! The hotel is very clean, trendy, and the rooms are lovely but what made our stay extra special is the proactivity and hospitality of the staff. From the reception to maintenance, they were all amazing and this made our stay extra comfortable. Also, highly appreciated that the hotel is NOT guest friendly, this gave us extra peace of mind as a family. Thank you!

Click Clack has been an incredible experience! When we arrived, the staff was very friendly and attentive even though they were busy because of other guests checking out. Daniel and Jesus from reception were always looking if we needed anything during our stay and they are really really friendly and always looking to get what we needed. Rooms are well equipped and size is just fine! The overall design of the hotel is another great experience as you can totally forget your daily routine while being here and just relax! Breakfast was great and we also loved the pool and La Deriva restaurant. Out of the hotels that we’ve stayed in Medellin, I can firmly say this is by far the best! You need to live the Click Clack experience.

This is a great place to stay in Medellin if you want to have some down time whilst also exploring the city. The Hotel facilities were amazing and we couldn't have asked for a service. It is at the pricier end but if you are planning to spend some time using the facilities it's so worth it.

This property has exceeded my expectations, as I went to Colombia with very little but with an open mind...which I always say every guest experience is different and never let any negative review deter you from what could be an amazing lovely holiday. Though it was a short stay, the memory of Medellin would stay with me for awhile, and it's mainly due to this hotel...clean and comfortable room, nice big bed and comfortable linens, lovely bathroom nicely appointed with complimentary amenities, the kitchen was immaculately clean and laid out with stainless steel appliances and living area had a nice Zen feeling in the suite, it comes with a mini bar and snacks for a small fee This property was definitely value for money and well maintained and could be comparable to any five star hotel, it's location is ideal to many restaurants/bars and cater to various budgets, pharmacy, cafés, Parque el poblado all within walking distance...from taxis to uber all conveniently within reach to and from hotel I felt safe moving around in the area as a solo traveler, and never felt threatened, the staff could be a little friendlier on check-in, but was helpful with any requests and give suggestions...Jean Pierre was probably the only one that I felt some level of comfort as my Spanish was so bad and he assisted wherever possible I highly recommend Leblon Suites Hotel to any one looking for value, comfort, and five star amenities in the Poblado area.

    Beautiful, with so much to do. Friendly people. If you don't want to fell rushed, plan at least 10-12 days to visit, as there is a lot to do, also for families. For us, parque explora was the best. Also parque norte was fun for the family.

    The only surprise we had was on out outward-bound flight to another South American country. You need to show proof of onward travel to your final destination ie your home country. Also arrive at least 3 hours early

    I'm here to stay, it's a lovely city so much to see and do, good people, you have to stay safe still and be careful, the mountain views are so nice there waterfall a, 🚠 line to see everything much better, paragliding is not too far, botanical garden and amusement park, many many malls very luxurious with giant arcade, movie theater, gyms, tennis court, soccer field , many coffee shops very sweet , if you rent a car you could go see the wild nature and enjoy more

    So many places to visit, so little time. Everyone on the streets were very welcoming and ready to provide directions or assist. Great relaxing culture with amazing restaurants. We will stay longer next time! We visited during the week of Festival of the Flowers and that was a bonus! Many places like plaza Provenza as a plus!

    The hotel is kind of new one (6 months) very good service, breakfast was so good, customer service was very good. the only negative comment is that the hallways did not have air conditioner and while you walked through to go to the room it was like walking outside on the street, absolutely hot. the other think is they did not have ice machine. I visited the place 2 days before the staying and I asked the girl that work in the cafeteria if they had ice to take to the room and she said NOT. I cannot believe with that temperature and no ICE?... well the day I checked in I bought ice in Market 3 blocks away and solved the problem... But the place is nice, my room had good air conditioner and the jacuzzi was an extra amenity; I think the jacuzzi is a little high, literally you have to jump to get down, maybe if they place a little step to get in and out.

    What a diverse place, didn’t realize how big it was. You definitely need to get a taxi or Uber to get around. Didn’t feel unsafe at all, lovely people even when language was a barrier . Lots of museums and things to do, Jardin Botanical was free and very beautiful. Parque Explora would be great for kids. Comuna 13 also worth a visit to find the street vendors and escalators

    The service was great, staff very helpful, the room huge and comfortable, the bar service to the room a super great surprise and the breakfast the best we had in Colombia. Many thanks to the concierge from Venezuela (can’t remember his name!) so helpful and kind! This hotel should be rated a 10, it’s one of the mos silent in Poblado!

    Very nice little hotel. Loved the free laundry facilities. Amazing cafe beside the hotel with the best vegan food we had in Colombia. The rooms are cute and very comfortable. The location is great as most tours pick you up from Poblado park which is really close. The gym was also well equipped.
