Excellent clean and comfortable accommodations, the staff were all awesome, breakfast was fresh and delicious, location great in between 2 malls where you can find good restaurants and plenty of name brand shops, reasonably priced! I highly recommend this hotel which is only a few minutes from the airport!

We enjoyed our stay in this friendly hostel. It is quite basic but exactly as advertised. It was clean and Sandra is a great host. She organised a trip to the Tatacoa desert for us which was amazing and our tour guides really looked after us. It is in the centre of Nieva and we enjoyed wandering around in the city and felt safe in the day.. At night we jumped in a taxi to go places. There isn't alot to see in Neiva but it has a very lively and enjoyable energy.

It was clean with a comfortable bed and beautiful facilities. There's AC and hot water. It has double glazing. The pool and the gym are open long time. Now they offer breakfast inside the hotel (2022), so the criticism about that aspect is over.
