This is a great place to stop with kids! Our kids loved the warm swimming pool and the scooters and games the hotel offered. There was also a nice large space for our dog to run around. Staff were kind and helpful.

We were looking for a place outside of the city that had a nice view. It was lovely to sit on our private balcony and enjoy the scenery. We suggest this place for families. The pool has different depth levels so children who aren't comfortable in deep water can play happily, and there are games for both kids and grownups like pingpong and a pool table. The restaurant is run by the chef-administrator, Jose Molina, and he made sure that we had delicious meals, even though we are vegetarian and Colombian restaurants don't always offer non meat choices. The staff was very helpful and friendly.
