The rooms are lovely, beautifully decorated with great attention to detail and the staff is very attentive to your wishes and needs (try the delicious pancakes for breakfast!). The staff was very welcoming, Carlos, Jennifer, and Brayan made sure that our stay was perfect from the beginning until the very end. The breakfast was AMAZING, and the hotel facilities were a 10 out of 10. The location was ideal as we could safely walk through the old city and come back to the hotel without getting lost. It was also close to some great restaurants. I don't think we could have picked a better hotel.
