We really enjoy Hoja Azul for its tranquility. It’s a beautiful place to relax from stressful and demanding responsibilities. We would have like to sleep better in a king size bed as my husband is a tall 6”2 man. A double bed doesn’t cut it for us. However, the space is wonderful and we loved our stay. The host was very helpful and the kitchen is adequate for making meals - well equipped.

This place is amazing. The sunset view and golden hour left us speechless. The Kintri area is created in the way you can truly relax and forget about the rest of the word. We loved this lodge. The moment we arrived to Samara, Denis reached out and explained how to get there. Waze works best in Costa Rica. Also if you rent the car, make sure to rent a higher one because some roads are pretty bumpy and you would need to push it. But it’s normal there. Once we arrived, they met us by the entry with warm hello, showed us our place, greeted and let us be. Breakfast was delicious and very thoughtful, based on our needs. Denis was so helpful. He answered all our questions, always within minutes replies to my messages. He also recommended bunch of places. Our lodge was clean and replenished daily. The view is great, private. Overall amazing stay! Highly recommend. Lovely owners! Thank you guys!!!!!!
