The view is amazing and the people running the place were lovely. The WiFi was not very stable but it's expected in the remote location and it was more than sufficient for what we needed. Everyone was very friendly and we got a lot of help arranging our day trips and transfers to everywhere. I would love to stay there again.

Lovely ladies are working there! It wasn't hard to communicate even if they don't speak english. Clean and very nice room. Comfortable bed. And all just goood. Excellent breakfast with lots of choises. Clean and fresh pool was just perfect after long hiking day. Biggest recommendations to this place!

    There are many places to visit at this side of the island.

    There are many places to visit at this side of the island. Xoxo, Cova crater, the walk between Cruzinha and Ponta do Sol, Paul valley, Synagoga are all fantastic. If you don't fear heights and like to hike up or down, then you find breathtaking views and hidden gems wherever you go. Hiking routes are fairly signaled, though we lost the way sometimes - but every time we found something extra, a nice village, terraces, locals working in the gardens or on the fields. The town is not big, but have some nice restaurants and bars to eat and drink. Easy to find taxi or aluguer, though not many are running on Sundays.
