Cyprus Sun was very convenient for us, as we visit this area twice a year and this was the best location we have found so far. Very easy to drive to Ayia Napa, protaras, and other nearby villages, everything is a 10-15 minute drive away. Paralimni, is a great location if you don't like the bustle of Ayia Napa. Fairly quiet, but lots of excellent bars and restaurants all within easy walking distance. They seem to be upgrading Kapparis, its looking quite good. A few of the "ex pat" bars are gone or been taken over by locals. These I have to say are a vast improvement. As a side note, I booked using booking.com, but was directed to "Stay". People in Paralimni are very nice but it is the least pedestrian-friendly city I have ever visited. NOBODY walks in Paralimni. NOBODY. The streets are designed to deter anyone from walking too: there are no tree-lined streets to provide shade from the sun, no benches and, worst of all, no commitment to PAVEMENTS. If you're not a driver in Paralimni, don't stay there longer than a week. Other than that, the food is amazing and the drinks in cafés are the best I've ever had.Guest review byDragon - 10
