We only stopped here for a break while having a long drive. The place is beautiful, the rooms are comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and the host was exceptionally nice and friendly.

Spacious, clean apartment in a quiet environment. The bed is very comfortable; the kitchen has all the necessary equipment. There is enough parking space; if you have bikes, a garage is available. I have never met such a kind and helpful hostess. Since we were in the apartment, we didn't order breakfast, but in the morning, in addition to freshly baked pastries, the hostess set us up with milk for coffee and various spreads.

    A must-visit place, recommended for all seasons as each carry a different beauty and personality of Chiemsee and its surrounding locations. Take the boat and enjoy the ride to each Island. Walk around Fraueninsel, have a meal at Herreninsel after visiting the Castle. Walk to the water in the summer. It’s one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever been to! Enjoy the beauty of Bavaria!

    Room was comfy and spacious. Breakfast had a good choice of different foods and was tasty, the outdoor terrace has a lovely view. Also loved their a la cart menu. We had dinner there and it was delicious (compliments to the chef). Loved the overall vibe of the hotel and friendly staff. Special thanks and kudos go to the staff, they proactively helped us when we got caught in a storm. Really appreciate their gesture, understanding, and the willingness to go out of their way.

    Dinner and breakfast were excellent value with lots of choice and the hotel had the added benefit of an indoor swimming pool, wellness room. Room and bathroom very clean and shower worked well. We didn't get the chance to use all the amenities as we were only there for one night en route back to the UK but wouldn/t hesitate to recommend the hotel.

    Lovely small hotel with views of lake from breakfast area. They have key boxes which was really great as we were stuck in traffic and arrived late so being able to obtain the key easily was a bonus! Very friend owner would definitely stay again here next year.
