I liked everything about the property: easy contact, clear instructions/information available, clean and comfortable rooms, excellent breakfast, parking next to the hotel, good internet, tv, and very welcoming hosts. Room ( room number 63 ) and bath room looked like brand new ( hotel underwent complete renovation not long ago ) beautifully furnished / decor, very modern bathroom / shower, lovely balcony, overviewing old town Our motorbike was parked in secure court yard in garage ( free of charge )

I was staying at this hotel for 4 days whilst visiting my son. I had travelled from the UK to LossBurg on my motorcycle. I arrived at the hotel on the Friday afternoon after having a bag stolen from my motorcycle during a coffee stop at Marmoutier, France. The staff were incredible...! Nothing was too much of a problem and they reassured me that they would help in anyway I needed. Even the two Hotel Maintenance staff made sure I had a bottle of fresh cold Springwater as I sorted out the carnage of my situation having lost my wallet, passport, phone, bank cards, money and glasses. I have previously lived in Germany and have travelled that country extensively and always received an outstanding friendly welcome and an unquestionable level of good service but the Wellness Hotel and its staff went above and beyond to ensure I had an enjoyable and uncomplicate stay. The hotel is spotless, the location is excellent for just relaxing at the Spa, sightseeing, or just exploring the local area. The facilities are superb, the food is prepared with fresh ingredients, cooked with care and presented well. Lovey outdoor dining and socialising area and easy onsite secure parking. The hotel has a very quiet, calm and relaxed atmosphere. And the staff ?, well I can't praise them enough for their enthusiasm, dedication, happy personalities and level of customer service and care. Thank all at the Wellness Hotel Hohenrodt for all your help, support and a fantastic stay whilst visiting my son. Looking forward to future visits. Ian CROCK.
