Stayed for a one night stopover on a motorcycle tour. I didn't see any staff but access to the property and room was easy and straightforward with the access codes being sent by WhatsApp. Room was modern and clean. No problem parking the bike outside.

A great hotel located in Ediger-Eller. Great rooms with views of the river. Beer was ice cold and the breakfast was superb! Staff were very welcoming and friendly. I would definitely stay again.

Both arrived on individual motorcycles, booked for 5 nights, ample space to park. Shown to room, by very friendly owners. Breakfast was plentiful although not until 8.30am each day, no facilities for a tea or coffee beforehand unfortunately. They had a honesty fridge for cool drinks with an outside terrace to sit and relax too.

The hotel is beautiful in a very nice location for relaxing trip in the Mosel. Since we had the private sauna suite, I’m a bit biased when saying that it was amazing. As someone who grew up with Finnish sauna, I must say the one we had in our room was superb. In addition, the bubble bath was amazing. The restaurant food was very good as well.

Wonderful place! We will definitely come back more than once. A large, beautifully and practically furnished room. Great view from the balcony to the ruins of the Metternich Castle. 3 minutes walk to the banks of the Moselle. Absolutely exceptional breakfast. 2 saunas, a sun room and a huge roof terrace. Helpful and hospitable staff - they know the answers to all your questions :). Convenient parking.

This was one our favourite hotels (or maybe our favourite?!) on a 6-week tour through Europe. Our 2 rooms were on the top floor with amazing views across to the castle and town, wonderful balcony, super comfy beds and all the facilities we wanted and needed. The hotel itself has fabulous from the outside but it is really always the service that matters most - and all the staff were really wonderful! Oh - and an AMAZING breakfast with real espresso coffee! Perfecto!!

The check-in and check out process was very easy. The owner was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The room was very clean. The breakfast was superb. They have fresh bread and different cheese. They also have an espresso if you love coffee. They have plenty of parking.

Loved the spa with its 8 or so steam rooms and saunas. The breakfast was exquisite and the selection very wide. The venison, quail and scallops were had for dinner were superb. The owner and staff very pleasant and welcoming. Everything was just so easy.

    A really attractive, historic village, with good public transport. Excellent restaurants too. Delightful countryside and forest walks nearby. However, for pedestrians / walkers, there tend to be too many 'shared spaces' with cyclists, including many with electric bikes.

    Set in the stunning Mosel valley adjacent to the river, this is a beautiful location. Very charming building and well appointed rooms made for a very comfortable and relaxed stay. The location is great, as many other destinations are only a short hope away, be it by road or river, the options are there to take advantage of. Dog friendly and Biker friendly this hotel really ticked all the boxes. This was an ideal location for me, as I was on a biking holiday and was nice and close to the Nurburgring too.

    Verry beautiful appartments. Big en clean, both bedrooms have their own bathroom and toilet. The balcony is the entire width of the room. The view is so great. Hotel is located directly on the Moselle with sufficient parking spaces in front of the door. Thiago the host of the hotel makes a delicious breakfast. Communication with the owners Wenny and Arjen is very pleasant. We received extensive information about the app a few days in advance.
