The hotel is beautiful in a very nice location for relaxing trip in the Mosel. Since we had the private sauna suite, I’m a bit biased when saying that it was amazing. As someone who grew up with Finnish sauna, I must say the one we had in our room was superb. In addition, the bubble bath was amazing. The restaurant food was very good as well.

I can say that was our luck to stay in this place. I love it. If we go again to Cochem , we definitely stay in this place again. Service, location, atmosphere in Village Vinum is excellent! I love concept of “open” bar. There are fridges with drinks and glasses. People can jut take what ever they want, write on paper what they take and pay by the end of station. By the way it’s dog friendly hotel , that’s one more reason why we preferred this wonderful place.

Wonderful place! We will definitely come back more than once. A large, beautifully and practically furnished room. Great view from the balcony to the ruins of the Metternich Castle. 3 minutes walk to the banks of the Moselle. Absolutely exceptional breakfast. 2 saunas, a sun room and a huge roof terrace. Helpful and hospitable staff - they know the answers to all your questions :). Convenient parking.

The check-in and check out process was very easy. The owner was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The room was very clean. The breakfast was superb. They have fresh bread and different cheese. They also have an espresso if you love coffee. They have plenty of parking.

This is an excellent hotel with friendly staff and convenient location. Our room was large with a small kitchenette, a separate bedroom and a view over the town and river. The bed was large and very comfortable and the sofa bef in the main room was perfect for our daughter. Breakfast was superb with a good choice of hot and cold meat and a variety of cheeses. A nice touch was the slight daily variatuons in the breakfast choices with some Greek specialities. Having a parking place for the car is also very good as parking places near the centre are at a premium.

    Mesenich is an interesting place, fun to explore. Easy to walk everywhere - nice path along the Mosel River and vineyards everywhere with easy paths. Several restaurants. No grocery store - in town or nearby! Very relaxed atmosphere, very quiet, very friendly people. Highly recommend Mesenich.

    The location of the hotel was very nice, along Mosel river, and one can see the river from the balcony of the room. The staff were in principle friendly , although strict to their rules. rooms were clean. Bathroom was good (new and clean) room was big, which you usually don't find easily for this price and for such hotels.
