We loved everything, Dormero never disappointed us. We definitely will come back. We loved the bowls for the dog, and the kettle with coffee and tea. Minibar is free.

It exceeded my expectations regarding comfort and cleanliness. Beautiful new rooms and perfect bathrooms with lots of space. I stay at lot at the Niu Hotel Chain, but this one is definitely 100times better. Lots of parking available outside at a reasonable price. Bakery, Aldi and a Drink Market just a few steps away. Excellent Stay/Highly Recommended! I had a fantastic stay at Puzzle Hotel Airport Frankfurt in Bischofsheim. The room was spacious, modern, and spotless, with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The location is perfect—quiet yet conveniently close to the airport, with free private parking as a great bonus. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Frankfurt!

    The room was good, the staff were polite too. Good value for money and they accept big dogs if you are travelling with one. The downside was finding the parking, as the hotel is in the middle of a Plaza. Also, the hotel is well outside Frankfurt, we expected it to be in the outskirts but it is actually in another town.
