Amazing. The welcome and attention to detail is incredible. The food, including breakfast is fantastic. The hotel has the most beautiful setting overlooking the park and is few steps from the mail square with great shopping. Spa and the Kids Club was fantastic too.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! It is very well located, just a 2minute walk from Caracalla Spa, and close to the centre of the city which was incredibly convenient. The rooms are spotless, very comfortable, and well maintained. The staff is amazing,friendly, professional, and always ready to help. I highly recommend this hotel for a perfect stay!

Hassle-free check-in, even though we arrived late. We could come in with a code and find our keys by the reception. Everything was very clean and in good condition. The beds are comfortable and the room is stylish. Good continental breakfast with fresh ingredients.
