Spacious apartment, perfect for our family, with separate bedroom for kids and adults, large living room and a well equipped kitchen. Large bathroom with both shower and a bathtub. Plenty of space for parking, and bike storage. Very quiet location with a view of the mountains, and a balcony for enjoying our morning coffee. Restaurant and Biergarten with good food and some Bavarian dishes too (but closed on Mondays and Wednesdays). Supermarkets easily reachable by car or by bike. Several bike or hiking trails to follow from the location or from nearby towns. Need a car or a bike to visit Chiemsee lake or reach other places with fun activities for kids. Host was very friendly but speaks mostly German.

I was arriving quite late and they arranged everything so I could get into the hotel and room. Rooms according to the pictures Cosy and warm, bathrooms are refitted with new appliances as well.

Very clean hotel. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms had everything you could need. Location is quiet and peaceful. Breakfast was better than expected, with hot and cold options. I have 0 complaints, would stay again.

    Quaint village at the base of the hills, close to Chiemsee lake (by car) and with several opportunities nearby for family adventures (forest climbing trails, swimming in the lake, bike trails, hiking, gondola or cable car trips, boat trips on the lake, mini golf, etc.). A car or bike is needed to get around. For fit adults probably a bike is enough, but for a family with kids, you'll probably need a car too (13 km to the lake is quite a lot for a 6 year old :) ).
