Self check in was easy. There were quite a few steps down to the breakfast room and up to our room from the front door. Breakfast was enjoyable. The lady in charge spoke enough English to be able to cope with our lack of German. There is a supermarket close by that you can walk to and buy an evening meal. A pleasant surprise was a microwave on the landing near our room.

Room is spacious and smells nice. Staff was very nice. She provided me a kettle to make tea in my room. I often had breakfast on the sunny terrace. It is very close to my favourite Asia Bistro where I can enjoy tasty lunch and dinner.

    Lovely location in beautiful scenic area not far from the Glan-Blies cycle route. The hotel had book exchange facilities. The shower etc facilities in the bathroom were great. It was good to have a restaurant on site as the location was remote. The food on offer was mostly organic. The Sauerkraut-cake for dinner was delicious.
