We were welcomed very warmly at Gasthof Wolferstetter despite having arrived early and at a time that the staff were exceedingly busy. Our room was immaculate and although the facilities are not opulent the bed is very comfortable and everything perfectly functional. The restaurant downstairs serves breakfast lunch and dinner and we barely enjoyed our meals

The place is magnificent. I got a big room with a really comfortable bed. The kitchen is equipped with pots, knives, forks, etc, everything you need for cooking, also a dishwasher. Everything inside the apartment is fully functional. The place is very near the center and the train station, so you don't need to walk too much to go to other cities around. The owner is always willing to help you and give you information about the place. I had a wonderful time there. Very peaceful area. Highly recommend it.

Great location with beautiful and quiet surroundings yet not far from the highway. The hotel is located in a historic building with its own charm but renovated. Our room was large, very clean, comfortable and fully renovated. The breakfast offers a great variety, it is tasty with homemade delicacies. The owner is super kind, looks after his guests very well.

A pleasure to stay at this lovely place - quaint and right next to the monastery church in the delightful village of Aldersbach. Very nice breakfast, lovely staff and an excellent restaurant serving local specialities. Would love to come again!

    We were there to meet our river cruise boat. An interesting, historic and pretty small town with good walks by the Danube. Italian restaurant near to the tall clock tower was very good. One night would be fine.

    The environment and restaurant were great. A neat little hotel on top of a hill and part of a Cloister. Very picturesque place :) Can easily recommend for staying for an extended period to enjoy the small town of Vilshofen.

    Very tradition and location right in the middle of town. Simon and Katerina were fabulous hosts. The hotel is very old - has been a pub since the 1500’s so was very charming and traditional. We would stay again.

    Charming hotel in a small town. We only stayed one night as we were boarding a river cruise the following day. Had dinner in the restaurant and breakfast the next day. Food was excellent

    The owner showed us to our room. The hotel is in a great location for us to join a river cruise. Beautiful street with a superb restaurant and staff. Loved our stay.
