From the wonderful greeting at checkin to my departure 4 nights later everything was perfect. The hotel is located in historic Quito which makes walking to the main sights easy. There are good restaurants minutes away. The included breakfast was absolutely fantastic and they even packed breakfast for me on my departure day as it was early. Staff are eager to help with all your needs. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The room was spacious and very clean. There was a wide variety for breakfast. We also ate in the restaurant two nights and found the menu very varied and the prices were reasonable.

The staff is kind and willing to help us. At check in we had a problem with the price because the booking showed a different price and at the hotel they asked us for extra money but luckily the hotel manager came and we paid what the application said. A very kind gentleman and smiling. At breakfast there was an abundance of food, juices and coffees. The rooms were extremely clean and every two days we had new towels. From my room I had a view of the street and the mountain of Quito. I would definitely stay there again!!

The personnel at the hotel were very nice and dedicated to making sure we had a good stay. They provided great recommendations and even packed us a box breakfast for our early morning flight. The facilities were very comfortable and I was glad I chose a local hotel.

If you choose the Mariscal area ,it is one of your best option ,in my opinion. It is like visiting relatives , who you don’t know for the first time and they are opening their house to you. It is a medium sized quest house , with character and you get this hospitable feeling which you can’t get from the bigger hotels or hotel brands . The breakfast is really nice and the staff is friendly and helpful.

This hotel is a 250 year old heritage house. It once belonged to one of the heroes of the revolution. The thorough renovation preserved the history while adding modern conveniences like enough outlets to charge the electronics. The rooms are absolutely beautiful. The old style furniture is lovely. There are nice plants everywhere. The location could not be better, just a 2 or 3 blocks away from Plaza Grande. The breakfast is exceptional. It includes a good-sized dish of fresh fruit. The owners are very helpful, calling taxis and giving advice.
