Everything about our stay at Cleopatra Hotel Rixos was exceptional. I have stayed in many five-star hotels, but this one truly exceeded my expectations. The bungalows were spacious and comfortable, the view and the sea were breathtaking, and the facilities were excellent. A special mention goes to the staff, especially the two Mariams, who made our stay even more enjoyable with their kindness and professionalism. The hospitality we received throughout was outstanding. Breakfast was another highlight — there was a wide variety of fresh and delicious options that catered to everyone. Overall, this was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had, and I would highly recommend Cleopatra Hotel.

I'd like to send my appreciation to Mr Aymen Zein, Mr Mohamed, Mr Yasser & Mr Ahmed in the reception. The breakfast manger, Najla, she is very nice, helpful person and making a family atomspher during breakfast, and Malk. In the beach, I like to appreciate Husam and Naji. I like room 1318. the beach and the degree of care with the customer.

"I had an unforgettable stay at this stunning sea-view villa! The space was incredibly large, offering ample room for relaxation and comfort. The rooftop was simply amazing, providing breathtaking views of the sea and the perfect spot to unwind. Every detail in the villa was immaculate, from the luxurious furnishings to the spotless cleanliness—everything was just perfect. What made the experience even better was the hospitality of the owner, Captain Mohamed.
