The experience at Helnan hotel Palace was truly exceptional. Staying at this hotel made us feel detached from the present, offering a tranquil haven of peace, serenity and a picturesque view. Our room was spacious, clean and with a balcony where we spend most of the time, the bed and pillows was comfortable too. The staff in the hotel were exceptional, they made sure we have the best view and comfort during our stay. We didn't get the chance to try their restaurants though. We'd surely stay again at this hotel on our next visit to Alexandria.

Very beautiful, very clean and very spacious apartment. Beautiful view from the window. The noise of cars from the road is slightly audible, for those who are very light sleepers this may be a problem (we did not hear anything at night, and it was difficult for our friends to fall asleep because of the noise). We were allowed to leave our belongings on the 1st floor under supervision while we walked around Alexandria. I recommend.

The stay was more than perfect, u can see the sea from all the rooms ( panoramic view) The place was very clean with all the facilities available, the host was very respectful, helpful and caring that everything was going great during our stay No need to visit the beach, as u can see a perfect view from the Appartement.

"I had an unforgettable stay at this stunning sea-view villa! The space was incredibly large, offering ample room for relaxation and comfort. The rooftop was simply amazing, providing breathtaking views of the sea and the perfect spot to unwind. Every detail in the villa was immaculate, from the luxurious furnishings to the spotless cleanliness—everything was just perfect. What made the experience even better was the hospitality of the owner, Captain Mohamed. We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb recently ! The place was spotless and thoughtfully stocked with all the amenities we needed.
