What a beautiful place! The rooms were very nice and spacious. We were there in the off season, so it was very quiet around the property. I can imagine it is very busy in the summer. I would have loved to swim in the beautiful swimming pool. The host/owner was very nice. He lives on the property connected to the apartments.

Location was fantastic. The hosts were so friendly and welcoming and were happy to let us store our bikes in a secure space. We loved bejng in such a cool historic building that was decorated to match the Moorish history of Andalucia. Highly recommend.

    I my opinion a definition of a hidden jam! It's located only 40 minutes from Jerez de la Frontera and has such a unique look to it, there is trail all around the town that offers unique and breathtaking views of the city. The old town itself is very charming and lively with good restaurants and small shops selling local wine, olive oil and cheese.

    Charming hilltop hotel, with panoramic view from our tiled terrace, to which friendly staff brought our breakfast. Our favourite restaurant was El Mirador de Isabel, perfect location, atmosphere and delicious food. Arcos is steep, with many steps. Arrive by bus, and taxi up.

    One of the most beautiful "White Towns" (Pueblos Blancos) in the de Cádiz province. Its located on top of a steep cliff with breathtaking views of the surroundings. The town has beautiful whitewashed buildings, narrow winding cobblestone streets, and historic monuments like the Church of San Pedro and the Castle of Arcos. The food is delicious, there-s plenty of places to eat at a very affordable prices, to suit all budgets. The best of Arcos it is its people, they are warm and very friendly.

    Arcos de la Frontera is the starting point for the White...

    Arcos de la Frontera is the starting point for the White towns tour. Parking is in an underground car park outside the old town and the climb to the church and mirador is steep. There are plenty of good bars and restaurants, make the effort to get to the top. The Parador was good but not great service or menu, we preferred the other restaurant we used. Eat fish, it's the best option!

    Just one night in Arcos, on our tour of Andalusia. Would have liked at least another night to have a good look around. Had a beautiful meal in the restaurant “Isabella”. Lovely food & wine at very reasonable price with an amazing view across surrounding countryside.

    ARCOS is a great village to explore.

    ARCOS is a great village to explore. Is one of the best white villages we visited. The people there are happy to see you. You can talk to everyone, young, old, including the police and they laugh at your jokes (mine). Food is awsome.

    Very friendly and welcoming hotel and staff especially as I was travelling alone. Lovely wide choice of breakfast and excellent strong coffee. Room had everything you needed included a selection of shampoo, soap, make up pads etc Comfy bed. I chose to have a room at the front with the view and road noise rather a quieter room at the back but I was offered the choice by the hotel and i still slept well. I would definitely stay again and recommend for any travelers to Arcos as its got charm character and lovely staff.

    The exceptional information prior to arrival and then actually on arrival. The attention to detail throughout the hotel from the welcome drink to the cold water bottle on departure. The location and parking were also very good and we were made to feel so very welcome. This was one of our favourite overnight accomodations in Spain.

    This is our second stay at El Convento, our favourite hotel in Arcos. We love the friendly personnel, the airy rooms and the views across the vega. The place is spotlessly clean and centrally located for excellent restaurants such as La Carcel (we have been visiting Arcos for over 20 years and this is the best!)

    Location was great -- beautiful rural area but easy drive to Arcos de la Frontera. Hostess was very friendly and helpful (she doesn't speak English but we were able to to communicate.). Nice to be able to relax outdoors. Kitchen and bathroom supplies were adequate. Comfortable living room.
