    Barcelona is being destroyed.

Barcelona is being destroyed. I was there 3 years ago and now there are a lot of immigrants, protests and hate signs in the city. Barcelona is a city for all tourists and it is a great shame that it is being destroyed by a minority

This city is too tourism-centric. Do not recommend. Take a day to go to Montserrat. An hour away from Barcelona. Picasso museum was good, arts museum was good. El Nacional is great for a bite and a drink.

I love seeing the different architecture along my walks around. Local people are generally very friendly. The only down side are good tend to be on saltier side for my taste. However not MSG salty that will make you thirst.

A fascinating city, both modern and historic. I liked the layout of the city, the history, cuisine. Barcelona is conveniently located for making day trips to places like Montserrat, Girona, and the Penedés wine region.

We thought Barcelona was a great city to visit with plenty to do and places to visit but you could relax just the same. It is great to do what you want whether relaxing or gadding about. This is our 2nd visit and will probably visit again in the future. There were plenty of places to eat and bars for cocktails. The tourist buses are a great way to see Barcelona and the history.

A great stay in Barcelona. The hotel staff was friendly and courteous, it made our stay easier on the day the electricity was turned off all over Spain. Especially helpful and kind was Mr. Ludwik The hotel is clean, well maintained and comfortable. The rooftop pool looks great, although due to an intense vs. short trip we did not have time to use it. The neighborhood is safe both day and night, close to the beach, which is not as populated as Barceloneta.

The hotel was clean, and the service was very nice, with staff always ready to assist. The location was excellent, making it easy to explore the city center, with just a 4-minute walk to metro line 4, which takes you to the main shopping street and cathedral area. It was good value for the price, especially considering that Barcelona is a very touristic city where hotel prices are pretty high during peak season. I would consider staying here again.

The room is spacious enough accommodate all three of us — the most spacious triple room during our Spain trip. Located in the center of the beautiful square of the Cathedral of Barcelona and the Gothic District, the hotel let us have access to various eateries and shops. The staffs were exceedingly polite and attentive. Also, do not miss the high-quality breakfast with fresh orange juice we particularly enjoyed.

The best thing of all was the great staff and how helpful they were to assist with everything from our stay to booking our trips in and around Barcelona. Totally recommend the hotel to anyone going to Barcelona
