Immaculate, comfortable and brand new sparkling building. Automatic press button blackout blinds, sound proofing and even 2 electric car charging points. Super secure with electronic front door and room codes controlled by your phone. Very helpful owner. Coffee maker in lobby and vending machine for snacks. Very comfortable bed. Super clean and lovely towels and linen. Great value for money. Position is perfect for Baza and although near a bist road is completely quiet. We shall return. Thank you.

The cave house was beautiful and very well designed and renovated with many lovely touches to the decor. We were very comfortable for our stay and had everything we needed and even when it was very hot outside it was lovely and cool inside. The sunsets were spectacular. I had a little difficulty locating the house initially but the owner was really helpful sending a family member to find me and lead me there.

The pictures do not do this cave justice, it is massive room for 10+ people, the set up was amazing, equips with wifi, games, music… it is enclosed and safe if you have small children and pets. 10/10 would recommend, 3 of us and a dog in a girls trip we were in the hot tub for hours could not have been better will 100% be back. The staff were friendly and happy to help.

    I had things to do in Baza so, my "tourist time " there was limited. There are many places of interest like the Archeological Museum, Palacio de los Enriquez, E. Expositivo "San Jerónimo", two big parks, a few churches, Baños Árabes, Wooden Balcony Houses, Old Butchers, and more.

    Clean, basic, large rooms, friendly personnel but too far from town. No coffee machines in the room, and no minibar. The restaurant had a large menu to choose from and the portions were enormous! I believe the menu is intended for truck drivers that stop over ( big portions, comforting food )

    Excellent all year round venue, Food and drink are value for money. Every bar give you a bar snack with every drink. The people are friendly and there are a many things to do, whenever you visit. Too many to mention! Look it up and you will appreciate my comments

    I was visiting Guadix and Bazaar, so this was perfect for...

    I was visiting Guadix and Bazaar, so this was perfect for both. Accommodation fine, bar and restaurant fine. Enjoyed the terrace in the evening, the only thing was the pool was to cold to swim. They use spring water, if they used tap water it would have been perfect. Otherwise I would go there again.

    An amazing place on the outskirts of Baza. Very convenient when you plan making trips to the surrouding mountains or deserts. The hosts are really helpful and nice, and they offer royal breakfasts at very affordable cost. We have received not only a warm welcoming, but also good advice on destinations nearby, and even transportation to the town center when there was no free taxi cab around. We are very happy that the luck and waether conditions brought us here.

    Good breakfast, welcoming friendly hosts, fridge, tea and coffee facility, internet within the room, covered parking, quiet rural setting. Handy for motorway, permanently warm (internal temperature constant at about 18 degrees C) and an ideal introduction to what it is like living in a cave dwelling. Because it is a cave you have to accept that it is different from your usual hotel experience, but that is the whole point of booking this property.

    Absolute gem of a spot on the outskirts of Baza. It’s a beautifully renovated, spotlessly clean, very comfortable cortijo, with charming and helpful hosts. Richard and Wendy have arranged everything so thoughtfully. There’s access to a kitchen if needed, and loads of outdoor spaces by the pool to enjoy. It’s like a home from home, only with a fabulous pool and an outdoor gym! Casa de la Familia was a lovely surprise.

    Good accommodation. The staff was amazing, they let us once the room was available. Before the check in hour. If you have a private transport, this hotel is awesome with plenty of parking space. Even if you go with a big trailer.
