Very friendly and helpful front office staff. Especially Iratxe, who helped me meet a deadline for an application by helping me with making copies and scanning documents. The restaurant food is excellent. The rooms And bathrooms were very clean and comfortable.

    It's more rural than urban. So if it's noisy night life in the middle of the city, that's being look for, then it's not the place, however, if it's the opposite that's being sought, then BDM could be the place.

    Good location for a business trip. rooms are smal with limited wadrobe space. No food availble on a Sunday. The room only havd two wall sockets near the small desk . Staff are very friendly and helpful

    Near to motorway and easy to find with plenty of parking. Nothing in the immediate area for entertainment or dining. You have to drive or maybe take a tram which runs very close to the hotel. With no restaurant open options for eating are limited
