The Cathedral was Magnificent inside and out, but it isn't in your sights below, because I didn't see those listed, I can't give an opinion; it was great for photos I took lots. We loved Cadiz where we stayed for 5 nights. Great place to wander round. We enjoyed the ancient Phoenician and Roman remains. Great restaurant suggestions by our host. We had a day trip to Jerez on the train which was also very interesting. Loved walking in the old town and visiting the central market in the day and for food at night. It felt safe at night. Cathedral was interesting. The small sqaures around the old town were excellent for sitting in and people watching. Nice beaches fairly close to the town and if you fancy a flat walk along the beach hou can go for hours.
